  1. How to Upgrade to this version of Diet Sleuth

  4. For those of you upgrading from versions previous to 1.4.0, you will notice that there are now some extra folders, to contain keep the various database files more organized.
  5.  
  6. In order to upgrade, you need to copy several of the files from your existing folder into the folder that contains the new version of Diet Sleuth.

  8. The easiest way to upgrade is as follows:

  10. Copy any of your Log files (such as Log1997, Log1998, etc) into the Logs folder in your new copy of Diet Sleuth.

  12. Copy the following files into the Custom folder in your new copy of Diet Sleuth: 
  13.     FavFoods
  14.     MyDB
  15.     Recipe
  16.  
  17. Make sure your License file is in the same folder as Diet Sleuth. You should keep a backup copy of your license file somewhere else, preferably on another disk.

  19. Double click on the Diet Sleuth application icon to start Diet Sleuth.
